Electronics Design Engineer (f/m/d)

At R&K Technologies, we develop systems for generating, controlling and applying electron and particle beams,  serving research and industry partners worldwide.
To support our mission, we are looking for electronics engineers with solid expertise in circuit design, semiconductor technology and high-voltage applications.

Whether you're a recent graduate or bring years of experience, what counts is your drive to think critically, shape innovation and deliver with precision.

• Development of circuits and ASICs for demanding applications
• Design and implementation of high-voltage driver circuits
• Setup and execution of measurements and test bench experiments
• Development of electronic components for use in vacuum environments
• Technical coordination with suppliers, manufacturing partners and customers
• Collaboration with physics, mechanical design and other disciplines to continuously improve system performance

• Degree in electrical engineering, physics or a related field
• Experience in developing analog and digital circuits, ideally for high-voltage environments
• Knowledge in semiconductor technology, instrumentation and circuit simulation
• Basic understanding of thermal effects, material behavior and system integration
• Experience in requirements engineering is a plus
